Description: To Identify and recognize the best strategy used to retain talent in your organization during the period from April 2023 to March 2024
Who can apply: Organization which have introduced new / innovative practice to retain employees in FY 23- 24

Emerging Young Leader in HR
Description: The award aims to recognise exceptional work by dynamic individuals in the HR functions that has made a significant impact to the organisation
Who can apply: The applicant should be under 35 years of age as on March 2024. Applicant should be recognized and nominated by the CHRO for his / her significant contribution to the organization
Application Category: Individual
Application limit: Individual
Mandatory Requirement: Endorsement letter from the CHRO is mandatory
Important Guideline
Organizations must be active members of RAI (Retailers Association of India)
Employee Retention Champion
- There are two subcategories for this award based on company employee strength
- Employee Strength: Less than 5000 employees
Employee Retention Champion: Leading Innovation (Small Team Category)
Employee Strength: 5000 and above employees
Employee Retention Champion: Leading Innovation (Large Team Category)
Companies must submit nominations based on their employee strength. - Each group company must submit individual entries, specifying the complete name of the company. For example, if an employee is applying from Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Reliance Trends, or Tanishq, they must use the entire company name, without using the group company name (i.e., not Landmarks Group, Reliance Retail, Titan Company Ltd)."
- Group company entries are not allowed.
- Only one entry per company is allowed.
- The top 5 finalists will be shortlisted based on evaluation from both subcategories.
- Finalists will present on September 19th, 2024, in front of the Grand Jury.
Emerging Young Leader
- Who can apply: The applicant should be under 35 years of age as on March 2024. Applicant should be recognized and nominated by the CHRO for his / her significant contribution to the organization.
- Application Category: Individual.
- Mandatory Requirement: Endorsement letter from the CHRO is mandatory
Screening Process
- Preliminary judges – (stalwart from other industry) to evaluate the application online
- 10 finalists to be shortlisted based on scoring (5 from each category)
- Finalists to present on 19th September 2024 in front of Grand Jury.
- Each finalist to get total 7 mins which includes 5 mins presentation and 2 mins of Q&A from the Grand jury
- Winner to be announced on 19th September 2024
Timelines
- Application link opens on 1st June’24
- Entries close on 30th June’24
- Announcement of shortlisted candidate by 20th August’24

- The organisation should have introduced the innovative solution to improve employee Retention during April April 2023 to March 2024
- The project should be submitted for awards under this category for the first time.
Terms & Conditions
- Please Note: If your organization receives the award, you agree to share enough information about the evidence-based practice or initiative... The information can be shared in any one of the variety of formats that include RAI magazine- STOrai, Website, or any other medium.
- Attached PPT - File Size (20 MB) (This should have all the supporting docs, numbers, data etc. in a single file)
- Criteria: at least 6 months data required to substantiate the process effectiveness
- Incomplete entries would be disqualified
- No applications will be entertained after the close of the application date.
- There will be no extension of report submission deadlines.
- The Judges decision is final and no correspondences will be entertained upon confirmation of results.
- All shortlisted finalist will be informed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to plan their travel and for preparations for the final presentation
