Description:The award aims to recognise exceptional work by dynamic individuals in the HR functions that has made a significant impact to the organisation.
Who can apply: The applicant should be under 35 years of age as on March 2023. Applicant should be recognized and nominated by the CHRO for his / her significant contribution to the organization.

Application limit: Max 4 entries from each organisation (1 entry per format allowed)
Mandatory Requirement: Endorsement letter from the CHRO is mandatory
Screening Process
- Preliminary judges – (stalwart from other industry) to evaluate the application online
- 10 finalists to be shortlisted based on scoring (5 from each category)
- Finalists to present on 24 August 2023 in front of Grand Jury.
- Each finalist to get total 7 mins which includes 5 mins presentation and 2 mins of Q&A from the Grand jury
- Winner to be announced on 24 August 2023
Timelines:
- Application link opens on 1st week of June
- Entries close on 30th June
- Announcement of shortlisted candidate by 1st week of August
Eligibility to apply:
- Retail Organization
- RAI member & non-member both can apply
- The organisation should have introduced the innovative solution to improve employee Retention during April 2022 to March 2023
- The project should be submitted for awards under this category for the first time.
Terms & Conditions:
- Please Note: If your organization receives the award, you agree to share enough information about the evidence-based practice or initiative... The information can be shared in any one of the variety of formats that include RAI magazine- STOrai, Website, or any other medium.
- Attached PPT - File Size (20 MB) (This should have all the supporting docs, numbers, data etc. in a single file)
- Criteria: at least 6 months data required to substantiate the process effectiveness
- Incomplete entries would be disqualified
- No applications will be entertained after the close of the application date.
- There will be no extension of report submission deadlines.
- The Judges decision is final and no correspondences will be entertained upon confirmation of results.
- All shortlisted finalist will be informed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to plan their travel and for preparations for the final presentation
